Kick Start Your Lifestyle..

Hello there Dolls..:)

I am so struggling these days with post titles? Going blank these days! ha!

Anyways, back to the topic in hand...
I have been doing a routine the last 2 weeks and I thought while I have committed to it and am liking it, I thought I may share it with you.

If like me you want to get a personal trainer or hit the gym and classes, but either live outside a bus route, can`t drive, work late, have no money, are a mum etc, then this may help get you motivated to start and do more in the later months, but will kick start you now!

This is not a long term routine and after 6 weeks I will be changing it again and pushing myself more and more. To me I can walk to my lifes content, but its doing nothing for me in the long run. A mix up will get your body working. If you are not strict on yourself and cannot push yourself to its limit then maybe grabbing a friend or family member to do these with you, you can encourage eachother. But don`t burn yourselves out.

I know I have certain areas I really need to work on, I carry alot of my weight on my lower half of my body, so Love handels, Bums and Lower Tum! I also have to work on my arms (I hate them). So for me any difference in them will make me happy.

In the last 2 months, I have lost 2 stone and that has been all down to my diet. I really feel Healthy starts in the kitchen. It is okay to push yourself with this routine or in a gym, but if you have not given thought to what you eat you will fall. So if you eat a chipper or heavy sauced, deep fried quick food things will not go anywhere,

So before I tell you what I do at home, regarding exercise, here is what I had added to my diet and what I have taken away!

What I have cut out...

White Bread
White, Pasta
White Rice
Potatoes
Frozen Foods (like pizza, chips etc)
Heavy jarred sauces (Like currys, Kormas etc)
Cous Cous
Sweets (Chocolate bars, Crisps, Ice Cream, Cakes, Biscuits)
Fizzy Drinks
Take Aways
Alcohol
Caffeine (Coffee, Tea)
Oil (Vegetable Oils for stir fry/frying)

What I have added...

Coconut Oil
Water
More Veg
Lettuce beds instead of beds of carbs
Yogurt
Fruit
Green Tea
Chamomile Tea
Eggs
Meats like chicken and fish
Spices
Soy sauce
Gluten free 101 kal popcorn

That is just an idea of what I have taken away and added. I will admit once a month I do have a takeaway and fizzy drink. It is important if you can to have a cheat meal or treat yourself. But once you do, make sure you get back on it next day. I know myself once I eat it my body is not happy with me. Was it worth it? At the time it was and it cant be always work and no play! But you will find once you have healthy alternatives that a cheat meal might lessen and lessen.

If you want to see a post on dinners I make myself then, I will do that.:)

So for the home work I do, I have divided into 4 days.

I also do a warm up for 2 mins by marching in place and jog intervals and stretch my muscles.

I want to stress, I am not a professional trainer or dietitian or work in health and fitness. It is something I have personally found diet wise that works for me and I have listened to what my body is telling me, as for my workout, I have researched it and it is not something that will give you hard core results either. I have alot of work to do and will be changing it up, but until then it is something that will kick start me and keep me motivated and wanting more.

If anyone has any other suggestions or advice on what I am doing, I would love to hear it, also any questions on meals, playlists, the workouts etc let me know,

Please let me know what you thought!

Motivation #June2015

Hey Dolls,

Any of you writers or bloggers have trouble naming your posts! Prime example here! ha!!

I have had a feeling for the last few days to write this. I suppose its also to help you, as to help me!
The topic of motivation is so vast and can really cover every situation and life experience.
weather its Fitness, Mental Health, Careers, Finance or simply doing something new in your everyday life.

Mine is more personal. Something I am still accepting. I do not want to share my personal stories here, or off load on people, but in the same right, I still think if any of you out there are going through a slump, confusion on where you are in life or need a extra kick, feel the blues, in a break up, feel bullied,  well I hope this may help you in some away.

I have learned that life can throw you so many curve balls, ones you never seen coming. In One day your life can have a huge change!

"When something goes wrong in your life,
Yell: PLOT TWIST & MOVE ON"

The above quote is one of many I look at everyday and think, thats how I got to play it. If you read a book, you never get the the happy ending without some sort of struggle, pain, sadness or emotional feeling, so why not look at life like that. We will all get what we need from life, but we all got to make the effort to write our own stories instead of people narrating them for us.

Its not easy, no one said it will be, no matter what situation you are in. But end of the day, if you can look back and say I was a good person, I helped him/her, I gave 100%, I am progressing slowly but progressing, My savings is low but I am still saving, I love my job, I love my friends and that you gave your whole heart into something new or special, then that feeling will never leave you.

People may put you down, leave you or hurt you, but we all have a lion inside us, a lion that is ment to roar not hide away. Be who you want to be, not what people think you are.

Getting fit, starting new in a new place, job, relationship all takes time, effort, respect and patience. Nothing is perfect but sometimes in life, its worth the bad to get the good then have nothing at all.

We all hit a block in the road, we may hit the takeaway instead of hitting that 5k, or spend money on another top we dont need instead of saving, or see what is good in front us until its gone, but we cannot beat ourselves up for the failures we tell ourselves we made, only learn and take tomorrow as another day.

The blues are easily found, but happiness is the best reward for any hardship, work or pain we come across, we all just gotta believe in ourselves and work hard to create something we deserve!

Nowadays, things are alot harder then 10 years ago, we all have to work on ourselves to get somewhere and someday someone will notice it, but never do anything to get praise, Praise youself silently and thank yourself by getting up and working even harder each day.

I hope this wasnt to heavy or boring here! I do feel we all need a pick me up, especially as we hit MIDWEEK and all of us may have a dream or ambition or wish, and we all need to find that spark to set ourselves alight to go get it.  We can all accomplish so much more with a little motivation!
Our goals/dreams/wishes may change due to things not under our control, but just means we where ment to try harder or create a new path to where we need to be!

If like me you are ADDICTED to Pintrest, you will have a board full of quotes, I love quotes. Kinda my think lately!

Day 30 of 30 Day Challenge

HELLO DOLLS!

Can you believe. Last Day. January flew I am telling you. How did you find the start of the year, was it GOOD or BAD or JUST THE SAME?
Did you like these sort of posts? Would you like to see a similar post? More beauty, lifestyle, food,  thoughts or photo challenges? Let me know or link me some that you think I should do, as I do love doing these things.
So whats for the future?

"A thing you are excited for?"

1.Get Fit, Die Trying!

I want to be healthy and fitter. Not collapsing as I reach the top of a set of stairs or panting after a run. I suffer with asthma, and I know as I have been feeling the benefit of exercise, that it has opened up my lungs and I less and less need my inhaler. I want to feel healthy and less sick. I also have some tight muscles and and tendinitis in a few joints so, movement of those are important. I want to get into loving running, but I still love a walk and soft jog and really do feel the benefits.

2. Be more confident!

With anxiety, you pair yourself back from situations and kinda like your own comfort. Also with having gained weight, you do feel crappy. So since losing what I have I want to work harder for my goal and also start being confident. I am a naturally quiet and observant person, which can taken the wrong way, but I do want to break that mould and be a more happy me.

need to keep reminding myself of that. i am way too hard on myself. a struggle i have to face.

3. Work more on my blog!

Even though you have heard from me alot this month. I defo want the motivation to keep going. I want to write better, create a new banner and theme, be better at photos and more creative. So little by little I hope I can do that.
